Ordering via Internet

Ordering an excerpt at the post office

  • I have a credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PostFinance Card) or TWINT and can/want to pay the fee this way.

  • I would like to order the excerpt immediately and not wait for the post office to open.
  • I have no credit card/I don’t want to use my credit card for Internet payments.

  • I can go to the post office myself and order an excerpt.

Requirements for ordering via the Internet:

  • Make a copy of an official identity document such as a passport, an ID card, or the new identity document for foreign nationals (copy both sides!). Print and sign the application form and mail these documents to the Criminal Records Office.

  • Pay by credit card, PostFinance Card or TWINT.
If payment is effected via postal remittance, enclose the pay voucher (cf. note on Internet orders).
