Sexual abuse of children abroad

If you have witnessed the sexual abuse of children by tourists during your holiday abroad, you can report your observations. The authorities will then start to investigate. Any information you provide will be treated confidentially.


A note on using the reporting form:

Any person who makes a false accusation (Art. 303 SCC) or who reports a criminal offence that has not been committed (Art. 304 SCC) is liable to prosecution. Any information you provide may be passed on to the judicial authorities. Your personal data may be used for police purposes (Art. 5 let. d Data Protection Act).
