Cantonal law
You will find the cantonal implementing provisions for ANRA in the various cantons’ compilations of legislation.
In some cases, communes in certain cantons have introduced restrictions on the acquisition of holiday homes and accommodation units in aparthotels. The relevant communal regulations can be obtained from the authorisation authority in the canton concerned.
