Please note that it is no longer possible to order preprinted application forms, envelopes and paying-in forms.

The Criminal Records Department now only accepts orders placed via the Internet or orders placed and payed for at the post office.

If you order more than 10 criminal record extracts per month, we offer your the possibility of paying by the month.
